Nico started his career in the field with internationally recognised experience across Africa, Middle east and South America including domestically in Australia. As a specialist Nico is key in the alignment between engineering disciplines and operational sustainability ensuring that projects are evaluated, planned and executed according to the required standards and project objectives.

Jacob is a dedicated professional with a strong technical foundation, extensive industry experience, and a passion for continuous improvement. Jacob is a specialist in mechanical maintenance and project management.
Hayden Murphy is one of XR3’s dedicated Shift Supervisors. Hayden plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our projects, leading the operational crew on site and providing the team with guidance and training in order to develop their skills. Hayden has been involved in diverse projects for clients across multiple locations, from rebuilding and preparing hydraulic mining equipment to playing a key role in the mobilisation and construction of equipment.
